Studio Practice
Working under the name Sabina Sule, her studio practice examines the subtle boundaries between illusion and reality. Her non-representational paintings function as perceptual fields—layered, atmospheric, and open-ended—inviting viewers into focused, sensory-based encounters. Through shifts in color, gesture, and spatial tension, her work explores how meaning emerges through observation, memory, and embodied experience.
Across both her community and studio practices, Harte foregrounds the body and awareness as catalysts for creativity and connection. Whether through movement, participatory art, or contemplative painting, she creates spaces where audiences can engage fully, and immerse themselves in their experiences with clarity and presence.

Community & Wellness Practice
Her social art practice, Community-Engaged Art, explores the meditative and healing potential of art. Rooted in the belief that art creates space for transformation, it enriches lives, strengthens human connection, and inspires meaningful, positive change.
In 2025, she founded the Core Reset Wellness Club™, a platform that integrates mindful movement, gentle body awareness, and creative exploration to support a balanced and inspired life and overall well-being. Through live sessions, on-demand offerings and workshops (special events), participants are invited to cultivate presence, discover inner vitality, and reconnect with themselves.

Core Reset Wellness Club™
Move & Create: A Soft Reset™
A Fusion of Pilates-inspired Movement and Intuitive Creativity
The Core Reset Wellness Club™ is a welcoming space for anyone seeking clarity, grounding, and revitalization. At the heart of the practice is the concept of the “core”—the essence of being, connecting physicality, inner self, and authentic truth.
Through Pilates, the body speaks in movement—grounded, connected, and alive.
Through intuitive creativity, the mind softens—letting thoughts flow, then gently pass.
Through presence, the soul remains true—authentic in feeling, honest in expression.
Here, you are invited to be in flow—fully present, open, and aligned—so that each moment becomes a doorway to deeper creativity, intuition, and self-discovery.
Each session begins with a grounding Pilates-inspired alignment to connect with the body. From there, the practice moves into a unique creative element—each session centered on a different focus:

Flow Lines™ — Intuitive Drawing
Each session begins with a grounding Pilates alignment, inviting us to explore inner worlds through spontaneous, guided drawing. Without expectation, lines arise, anchoring us in the present moment.
Flow Writing™ — Intuitive Writing
After a grounding Pilates alignment, pens meet paper, and thoughts flow freely. This open writing practice unlocks clarity and a deeper connection to self.
Flow Sound™ — Voice & Vibration
After a grounding Pilates alignment, we guide a series of intentional sounds. From a deep “woo” in the diaphragm, to an open “ah” in the chest, a soft “oo” in the throat, and a calm “hum” in the head—this sequence harmonizes the nervous system, layer by layer, bringing us all into balance.
Flow Move™ — Intuitive Movement
After a grounding Pilates alignment, the body moves in a dance-like flow. Each gesture is an invitation to express, release, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.
Flow Calm™ — Inner Alignment
After a grounding Pilates alignment, we rest in affirmations—safety, love, balance. These words guide us back to inner alignment, fostering calm and steady presence for all.
The session is inspired by the concept of integrating body, mind, and soul.
Each session honors the same foundation of Pilates alignment, then flows into its creative element—together, these sessions support balance, self-awareness, and inner vitality.

Special Workshops
• Move & Create: A Soft Reset™
A Fusion of Movement and Drawing
Unlock the art of observation with a life drawing workshop, designed for everyone, regardless of artistic background. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this workshop offers a structured and inspiring approach to drawing from observation.
Life drawing enhances hand-eye coordination, refines observational skills, and fosters mindfulness and creativity. By studying subjects closely, we move beyond preconceived notions to recognize true shape, form, and proportion. Focusing on these details naturally brings us into a meditative flow state.
The learning journey begins with simple objects to build confidence, then progresses to more complex forms, developing both technical skill and artistic intuition.
Join us in discovering the joy of drawing from life, where each line deepens our connection to the world around us.
You will need: Pencils 2H, HB, 2B, and drawing paper of any size

Artist Statement
Sabina Harte believes that art is an external storage of the interplay between humanly “observable” complexity and homogeneous simplicity at the same time.By describing art as a form of external storage, Sabina Harte points to its role in holding and preserving tensions that are otherwise fleeting or intangible. This includes the subtle equilibrium between what can be perceived—what appears intricate, detailed, or unstable—and a deeper, often structural simplicity that holds those perceptions together.
She acknowledges that complexity, as we know it, is shaped by human perception: filtered through our senses, our patterns of recognition, our thresholds for chaos. Simplicity, on the other hand, may manifest not only in form but in the quiet logic that allows disorder to cohere. In her view, art captures this relationship not through literal depiction, but by embodying it—storing it visually, materially, and spatially.
In this way, her work reflects a broader interest in how things appear versus how they are built. A surface may read as minimal or still, yet carry within it the weight of structural variation. Rather than resolving this tension, her practice preserves it—allowing both complexity and simplicity to remain present, in quiet, ongoing interaction.
